| These are the guidelines and instructions on how to use and fold the moonwalk. Everyone using the moonwalk must read and abide by these guidelines

For your church to reserve the moonwalk you will need to contact Dion Ainsworth at the Association Office. Your church will need to place a $75 deposit on file within 10 days of making the reservation to confirm your reservation. See the complete Moonwalk polices for details and guidelines.
Remember to bring two men to pick up and return the moonwalk.
The Moonwalk is Not available on the dates listed below. Both Moonwalks are already reserved on the dates listed below. Other dates not shown may or may not be available. Check with Dion for availability. You may also check the web calendar for moonwalk dates (but not all reserved dates will be shown)

You may request a Moonwalk reservation for your church by clicking below. You will receive a confirmation by email. Please be sure to write in your complete email address. If a deposit is not already on file you will be required to mail a deposit to the Association Office to secure your reservation per the moonwalk guidelines (usually within 10 days of making this request). (You must receive a confirmation by email before your request is confirmed)
