 
Redemption.2010
Redemption.2010 is the GTBA emphasis leading up to Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010. The goal is for the churches of the Golden Triangle Baptist Association, partnering with our Texas Baptist State Conventions and any other interested evangelical friends, to make the gospel available to every person in Southeast Texas by that date. In the process new disciples will be made as well as strengthening existing disciples in our churches.
The three major components of the plan are:

Supplication (prayer) – words to God

Scripture – words from God
-
Sharing - share words of God "Salt" - the good works of God - "Attracting " "Light" - the good words about God -"Revealing"
The additional TimeLine suggests a fourteen plus month calendar with major elements supporting the three components above. Each congregation and clusters of congregations sharing common communities might even choose to tailor various elements in ways uniquely geared for their contexts.
Partners
It is desired that we take advantage of the all of the best tools and training available from those who support and encourage us such as our two state Baptist conventions: the BGCT & SBCT. We are in conversation already with both to access and facilitate those resources.

Each church will need to know exactly what things they will do to provide for and encourage participation in all three components: supplication, scripture, and sharing.
